Denise Peruski, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner you will find working in our family medicine clinic, and a Menopause Society Certified Provider who can help guide and assist during the menopause transition of life.

She gained her Master and Bachelors of Nursing from Grand Canyon University, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs/Exercise Physiology from Central Michigan University. She is a certified Wilderness First Responder as well.

Denise has spent several years at the Boise State University Health Clinic, worked in urgent care clinics, practiced at Heart and Vascular in Phoenix, and cared for people who struggle with eating disorders, substance abuse, and mental health. It is a wide view of health, and she brings all of it into the exam room.

She thrives on keeping up with the most current evidence-based practice, and on assisting clients to navigate our complex healthcare system and find the most affordable treatment options.

An outdoor enthusiast, Denise enjoys hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, backpacking, and yoga, and spends the rest of her time with her husband, her friends, and her rescue dogs.
